Below is the information needed to make your visit easier and more pleasurable.

We have compiled all the frequently asked questions by the event visitors, as a guidance for visitor to attend the event.

ABOUT EVENTS

If you are passionate about anime, film and art, then AniMart is the utmost creative hub for you to be. This is the place where you can meet or be a part of our talented people line up in the AniMart talent showcase. Also join the gathering along with fellow enthusiasts, and get creatively inspired.

This event include 3 big activities:

  • FESTIVAL: Explore the magical world of anime in AniMart Festival where culture and creativity fuse into one.
  • WORKSHOP: This workshop is for those who are passionate about this world and ready to take a step further!
  • PITCH YOUR IDEA: Where creator dan investor meet

SENIOR – Idea & Event Creator

Senior is a Creative Agency servicing from business, creative idea development, event execution, performance and A/V production. Including visitor/participant handling and VVIP protocol.

  • Saturday and Sunday, 7 – 8 October 2023, from 10:00 AM– 22:00 PM
  • At Wisma Serba Guna GBK – Senayan, Jakarta
  • To unite the activity of Anime, art and movie enthusiast in one event.
  • The excitement of talent showcase & contest through Animart Festival, level up creativity and skill through workshop and the chance to realize your creative ideas to go on production through Pitch Your Idea.
  • Chance to meet and greet with the anime – art – movie fan community to share story and experience and get exciting prizes.

REGISTRATION & TICKET

List to order ticket will be shared on Instagram @animartindonesia2023

  • 5 YO visitor and above will have to pay full for the ticket to get into the ANIMART event
  • Group visitor ticket can be coordinated directly with ANIMART team

FACILITY

  • There’s a special area for F&B tenant, where visitor and talent can buy food and drinks.
  • Payment method are available in cash or QRIS.
  • Smoking is prohibited the indoor event area
  • Smoking is allowed outdoor, available at east and west parking area.
  • Toilet for men and women are available in 1st and 2nd floor of Wisma Serbaguna GBK – Senayan, Jakarta
  • Parking (car and motorbike) available in east and west parking area.
  • If the capacity is full, visitor can park in Hotel Century parking area or paid parking area around the venue.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • We will have a special line to make visitor with disability more accessible to attend the ANIMART event
  • We have prepared a portable disabled toilet in the outdoor area of the ANIMART event.

ACCESS TO THE VENUE

  • How to get to Wisma Serbaguna GBK-Senayan on Transjakarta:
  1. Take Transjakarta corridor 1
  2. Destination Blok M-Kota or Kota-Blok M
  3. Get off at Halte Gelora Bung Karno
  • How to get to Wisma Serbaguna GBK-Senayan on KRL :
  1. Take the commuter line to ke BNI City Station (Sudirman Baru). This station serves commuter line from Bogor – Tanah Abang.
  2. From this station, take the next trip on Trans Jakarta and get off on Gelora Bung Karno busway stop
  3. Or from Sudirman Baru train Station take the nex trip with ojek online/online car/Taxi

** Sudirman station is 4,8 kilometer from Wisma Sebaguna

  • Visitors using MRT facility can get off on Senayan station, then continue walking to the venue
  • Order can be made from the front area of Wisma Serbaguna GBK-Senayan

PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES

  • Event is held two days, on Saturday – Sunday, 7 – 8 October 2023 and will be uploaded in the official ANIMART Digital Media Asset: Instagram @animartindonesia2023 dan website animartindonesia.com
  • For Cosplay Contest participant, register at this link
  • For Workshop participant can register on the day of the event

  • Visitors are allowed to bring camera or video recorder during the event
  • For certain activity where documenting is prohibited, ANIMART Team will give special sign.
